Gold Deposit Method

In case of Operate through branch

• Account owner must go to branch personally.
• Bring gold to branch
• Receive Gold Bill from the branch

In case of buy gold through system

• Lock buying price and transfer money through system
• Present proof of payment
• Receive gold bill
• If lock selling price, customer can choose any gold bill for settle.
• This case, customer can operate through branch or system

Settled Gold Bill Method

In case of Operate through branch

• Account owner brings Identification card and gold bill to branch personally.
• Receive Gold
• If deposit gold reach condition, customer receive compensation in the form of interest rate

In case of sell gold through system

After lock selling price, send document through FAX or E-mail

• Receive cash by banking transfer
• If deposit gold reach condition, customer receive compensation in the form of interest rate
• If customer want to receive gold
• Call to call center for reserve gold through tel.02-770-7777 press 0
• Customer can receive gold from 4 branches
